Policy & Terms

For any cancellations we suggest to call or email us. For sedans, there is a 2 hour cancellation window before the pickup is scheduled. For limos, there is a 24 hour cancellation window before pickup. Otherwise you will be charged in full for your reservation on your credit or debit card.

Any to damage to car (car sickness, gum on carpet, etc) subject to a $150 cleaning fee.
