Terms & Conditions for Luxury Fast Ride Inc.

By booking with Luxury Fast Ride Inc., you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please take the time to read these policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

1. Deposits and Cancellations

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits for luxury limousine services are non-refundable. Once the deposit is made, it is final.
  • Cancellations:
    •  Sedans and SUVs: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
    •  Sprinters, Limousines, and Coaches: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a full charge.
    • Late Cancellations or No Shows: If you cancel within the required notice period or fail to show up for your reservation, the full amount of the ride, including 20% gratuity, will be charged to the credit card on file.

2. Client Liability and Vehicle Condition

  • Damage to Vehicle: The client is fully financially responsible for any damage to the limousine caused by themselves or their party during the rental period. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the interior, exterior, and any equipment.
    •  Fee for Carpet or Seat Burns: A $100 fee will be charged for each carpet or seat burn.
    • Sanitation Fee: A $250 sanitation fee will be applied if the vehicle requires extensive cleaning due to improper use.
  •  Property Left Behind: Luxury Fast Ride Inc. is not responsible for any items left inside the limousine. Please check for personal belongings before exiting the vehicle. If you realize that you have left an item behind, please call the driver or our office immediately at 617-969-8855. We will make every effort to assist you in retrieving your property as quickly as possible.

3. Prohibited Activities

  • Drug Use: The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. The client will be responsible for any fines or penalties arising from drug use during the rental period.
  • Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in any of our limousines. A cleaning fee will be charged if smoking occurs.
  • Indiscretion and Termination of Service: The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion or inappropriate behavior on the part of the client(s).

4. Weather & Road Conditions

Luxury Fast Ride Inc. is not responsible for any delays or terminations caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., unplowed roads, accidents, etc.) during winter months. Our commitment is to your safety, and we will always strive to ensure a smooth journey.

5. Vehicle Capacity and Fees

  • Seating Capacity: Our vehicles cannot be loaded beyond the seating capacity. Please ensure your group fits within the assigned seating to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Parking, Tolls, and Other Fees: The client is responsible for any parking fees, tolls, or other related charges incurred during the service. These fees will be added to your final bill.

6. Alcohol Policy

  • Alcohol Consumption: Alcohol is allowed only in our stretch limousines, in compliance with applicable laws. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all alcohol consumption is done according to legal age requirements.

7. Airport Pickup Procedures

For Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) pickups, please follow these steps to meet your driver:

  • Terminal A & E: Go to the Arrivals level, walk outside, and cross two traffic lanes. Meet the driver at the limo stand on the left side.
  • Terminal B: From baggage claim, use the elevator or escalator to reach the 2nd level (Departures). Your driver will be meeting you at the curb.
  • Terminal C: From baggage claim, proceed to the 3rd floor, then walk across the sky bridge towards the central garage. Use the elevator to reach the ground level and walk to the limo stand. Follow the “Limo signs” for guidance to your chauffeur.
  • Meet and Greet Service: A Meet and Greet service at Boston Logan International Airport is available upon request for an additional charge. If you would like a driver to meet you inside the terminal and assist with luggage, please request this service at the time of booking.

8. Wait Time and Additional Charges

  • Domestic Flights: We allow up to 30 minutes of waiting time from the time the flight lands.
  • International Flights: We allow up to 1 hour of waiting time from the time the flight lands.
  • Additional Wait Time: Any wait time beyond the allowed duration will be subject to additional charges.
  • Point-to-Point Service or Transfers: For point-to-point services or transfers, we offer a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. After the grace period, there will be an additional charge for each minute of wait time.
  • Early/Late Fees: Services booked between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM will incur an early fee of $25.

9. Holiday Surcharge

Luxury Fast Ride Inc. applies an additional fee for services on the following holidays:

  •  New Year’s Day
  • President’s Day
  • Easter Sunday
  • Memorial Day
  • Fourth of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

This surcharge is added to the total cost of your reservation. The exact fee will vary depending on the type of service and the holiday.

10. Final Charges

Please note that all charges are not final until the service is completed. Luxury Fast Ride Inc. will calculate any extra fees for wait time, parking, tolls, and other unforeseen charges that may occur during the service. These charges will be added to your final bill, which will be due at the completion of the ride.

11. Privacy & Data Use Disclosure

Luxury Fast Ride values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Any information you provide — including your name, phone number, email address, and ride details — will be used solely for the purpose of managing and completing your transportation service.

Once we receive your information, it may be used to:
• Confirm your booking and send ride details or updates
• Contact you regarding schedule changes, driver arrival, or special requests
• Provide customer support related to your reservation

Your personal information, including your phone number, will not be shared, sold, or rented to any third party or affiliate for marketing or other purposes.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties. You may receive text messages for booking confirmations, driver notifications, and optional promotions if you have opted in. You can opt out of promotional texts anytime by replying “STOP.”

12. SMS Terms and condition

By opting into SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Luxury Fast Ride Inc. These messages may include ride updates, scheduling confirmations. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; Reply HELP for support.
